(Formerly known as Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Limited Shop No.103, 2^nd Floor, Old Mugal Canal, Karnal, through its Branch Manager).

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:   None for the complainant.

                                                                 

               Today the case is fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility.

                Case called several times since morning but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. It is already 03:30 PM.

                A careful perusal of the file reveals that there are several clerical mistakes in the complaint but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant, so that the same can be rectified. It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue with the present complaint.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, after rectifying the mistakes. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
