Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

        File taken up today on an application for withdrawing the complaint.

                Learned counsel for the OP suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the OP-company is ready to pay an amount of Rs.3,50,000/- to the complainant being full and final settlement within thirty days from today. The salvage of the vehicle in question will be remained with the complainant.

                Learned counsel for the complainant also suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the OP, he withdraws the present complaint being compromised. The complainant reserves his right to file fresh complaint, if the company fails to abide the terms and conditions of the compromise.

                In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties will remain bound by their statements. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
