Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Today the complaint is fixed for filing written version and power of attorney. Written version not filed.

                Learned counsel for the OP suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and as per compromise, the company is ready to pay an amount of Rs.49,900/- as full and final settlement to the complainant within a period of 30 days from today.

                Learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and in view of the statement suffered by learned counsel for the OP, he withdraws the present complaint being compromised. 

                        In view of the above statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
