Today Sh.Raman Kumar Sharma, Advocate field Power of Attorney on behalf of OP's No.1 & 2. Statement of Sh. Raman Kumar Sharma, Advocate Counsel of OP No 1 & 2 recorded that OP has compromised with complainant and hereby offer Rs. 61,519/- as a full and final settlement of claim of the complainant in the present complaint. The Insurance company shall reinstate the insurance policy in question.

Accordingly, Statement of Sh.Sunil Mal, Complainnat alongwith his Counsel Sh. Rahul Vig, Advocate recorded that they have heard the statement of the counsel of the Insurance company i.e OP No. 1 & 2 and hereby agree to accept Rs. 61,519/- as a full and final settlement of his claim and present complaint. That the compromise amount of Rs. 61,519/- may kindly be remitted in my saving bank A/C No.3920000101158275 maintained with punjab National Bank, KMV College Jalandhar Branch in his name. The IFSC Code No. is PUNB0392000. He undertake to provide hard copy of bank details to counsel of the Insurance Company. That the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfised as compromised, subject to payment and reinstating of Insurance Policy in question.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by Counsel for both the parties as well as the Complainant in Person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfised as compromised, subject to payment and reinstating of Insurance Policy in question. File be consigned to the record room.
