Complaint Under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Today the case is fixed for compromise in National Lok Adalat.  Matter has been compromised, in this regard counsel for both parties suffered their statement on 06.02.2023. As per compromise, company is ready to pay Rs.85,000/- as full and final settlement to the complainant within 45 days from the date of order and complainant is also ready to receive the said amount as full and final settlement.

                In view of the above, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  Both the parties would be governed by the statements made by their respective counsels.  Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
