HDFC Ergo General Insurance Company Limited, through its Branch Manager, Sector 12, opposite mini secretariat, Urban Estate, Karnal.

Present:  Shri Sanjiv Chaudhary, counsel for the complainant.

                Shri Sanjiv Vohra, counsel for the opposite party.

               

        Today the case is fixed for compromise in National Lok Adalat.     

        Learned counsel for the OP has suffered a separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per compromise OP has already paid Rs.15,00,000/- being full and final settlement to the complainant and said amount has been accepted by the complainant without any protest. So, complaint may kindly be disposed off in National Lok Adalat.

        On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised and complainant has already received claim amount of Rs.15,00,000/- as full and final settlement. Nothing is due towards the OP. So, he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied. The complaint may kindly be decided in National Lok Adlat.

        In view of the statement made by the counsels of both the parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
