On The Last Date Of Hearing, The Case Was Fixed For Filing Written Reply, Affidavit And Documents By The OP. However, Ld.Counsel For The OP Suffered Statement That Insurance Company Had Offered A Sum Of Rs.2,43,940/- I.E., Rs.2,00,000/- Towards Personal Accident Death And Rs.43,940/- Towards Accidental Hospitalization As Full And Final Settlement Of The Claim And Requested For One Month Time To Pay The Aforesaid Amount From The Receipt Of Copy Of Order.  Further, Ld.Counsel For The Complainant Also Suffered Statement That He Has Heard And Read The Offer Of The Insurance Company And The Same Is Acceptable To Him In Full And Final Settlement Of Claim And Requested That The Aforesaid Amount Be Paid To The Complainant Through Account Payee Cheque In The Name Of The Complaint.  Since The Quorum Was Not Complete, Therefore, The Case Was Adjourned For Further Orders On 15.12.2020.

Today, The Quorum Is Complete And  In View Of The Aforesaid Statement Of The Parties Made On  08.12.2020, The Present Complaint Is Disposed Of. Parties  Shall Remain Bound By Their Statements. File Be Consigned To Record Room.
