At this stage, ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          ‘Stated that the complainant will provide the documents regarding the claim in question to the Opposite Party i.e. HDFC Ergo General Ins. Co. within 15 days from today and seeks directions that the Opposite Party be directed to process and settle the claim in question. It is also stated that the complainant has no objection, if the present complaint is disposed of with appropriate directions.”

In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands disposed of with a directions to the complainant to provide the documents regarding the claim in question to the Opposite Parties within 15 days from today and thereafter the Opposite Parties be process and settle the claim of the complainant next within 30 days from the receipt of the copy of the documents regarding the claim in question from the complainant. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint, in case, the Opposite Parties are failed to comply with the order as per the statement. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
