2. Mega Calibre Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. C/o CPP Assistance Services Pvt. Ltd. D-139, Phase-1, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi-110020 through its authorized Signatory of HDFC Ergo General Insurnace Company Ltd.
3. Sardarji Communication & Mobile repairing, Shop No.6, Sandhu Complex, Old Subzi Mandi, Khera Chowk, Karnal, now presently situated at Sector-13-14, dividing road near Mugal Canal, opposite Kirty Multispecies Hospital, Karnal, through its proprietor/authorized signatory.
4. Bajaj Finance Limited, Sector-12, Karnal, through its Manager/authorized signatory.
5. Sachdeva Enterprises authorized Samsung mobile Service Centre, Shop No.536, Near DAV College, Karnal, through its authorized signatory/prop.

An application for taken up the case file has been filed by learned counsel for OP No.1 on the ground that the matter has been compromised with the complainant.
Heard. Keeping in view of the facts mentioned in the application in the interest of justice, application stands allowed.

Memo of appearance on behalf of OP No.1 filed. Learned counsel for OP No.1 suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and in lieu of that the company/OP No.1 is ready to pay ₹13,764/- to the complainant as full and final settlement within 45 days from today.
Learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement that Stated in view of the statement of learned counsel for OP No.1, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied. He further submitted that in case OP No.1 wriggle out from the aforesaid promise, in that eventuality, complainant shall reserve her right to file fresh complaint.
In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
