Case taken up today, which was fixed for 13.05.2021 on the written application moved by the counsel for the complainants as a compromise between the parties has been effected. The learned counsel for the opposite party has made a statement recorded separately that the insurance company offers a sum of Rs. 14,00,000/- as full and final settlement of the claim put forth in the present complaint. The learned counsel for the complainants has also suffered statement to the effect that he has heard and read over the above offer of the insurance company and the amount of Rs.14,00,000/- is acceptable to the complainants in full and final settlement of the claim put forth in this complaint and the aforesaid amount be paid through account payee cheque. He further stated that the complaint be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present complaint stands disposed of accordingly. However, the parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
