ORDER

Present:          Sh. Rakesh Dohki, Adv. for complainant.

                        Complaint presented today. It is checked and registered. The case is fixed for consideration on the maintainability of the present complaint.

                   Heard. The counsel for complainant has made a statement that due to some technical defect, he wants to withdraw the present complaint with permission of fresh filing. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                         In view of above statement of counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the competent authority as per law.

                        Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant on retaining photo copies of the same on record. Certified copy of the order be supplied to complainant free of costs. File be consigned to the record-room.
