  2. HDFC Ergo General Insurance Company Ltd. Branch Office SCO 237, 2nd Floor, Sector-12, Karnal, through its Manager/authorized signatory.

                 Today the case is fixed for arguments. At this stage, learned counsel for the parties stated at bar that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

                   Learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he has received a cheque amounting to Rs.1,67,000/- from the OPs on behalf of complainant being full and final settlement and nothing is outstanding towards the OPs, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same being compromised.

                   In view of the above statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
