1.       HDFC Ergo General Insurance Co. Limited through its General Manager, OPP. Mini Secretariat, Sector-12, Urban Estate, Karnal (Insurer of the car No.HR05AA-0809).

2.       M/s Bhatia Motors, I.T.I. Chowk, Karnal through its partner Shri Rajesh Bhatia.

           Complaint u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

                 Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. Compalinant has already availed four opportunities for leading evidence. Today neither any evidence nor anybody on behalf of the complainant is present. Case has been called several times since morning.  It is already 04.00 PM. No further wait is justified. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
