                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the opposite party No. 1.

                   Sh.Shubham Manchanda Advocate for the opposite party No.2.

                   File taken up today on the application of ld. counsel for the .opposite party No.1 for settlement of case. Heard. Ld. counsel for the opposite party No. 1 made a statement that the matter has been settled with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.230000/- and the same will be paid to the complainant within 60 days failing which opposite party No.1 shall be liable to pay the settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% per annum from the date of order.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant also made a statement that he has heard the statement made by counsel for the OP. Now he has no grievances against respondent and matter be decided in the light of statement made by the counsel for OP.  

          In view of the statements made above by both the parties, opposite party No.1 is directed to pay the alleged amount of Rs.230000/-(Rupees two lac thirty thousand only) to the complainant within 60 days from today, failing which opposite party No.1 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum on the alleged amount from today i.e. 13.09.2023 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Complaint is disposed of accordingly being fully settled between the parties. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

          File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
