2. M/s Aseem Autos Pvt. Ltd. 118/7 KM Stone, G.T. Road, NH-1, Karnal thorugh its Director/Partner/prop.

              ………Opposite parties.

 

                   Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Present: Shri Bir Singh Panwar Advocate for complainant.

                Shri Sanjeev Vohra Advocate for OP no.1.

                Shri Rajnish Batra Advocate for OP no.2.

                 Learned counsel of OP no.1 made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and as per compromise OP no.1 is ready to pay Rs.1,30,00/- to the complainant and prayed for 30 days time for payment.

             Learned counsel of complainant made a statement that in view of statement of ld. counsel of OP no1 he withdraws the present complaint.

                   In view of statement of both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
