Today is fixed for filing receipt of payment of financer by the complainant. At this stage Ld. Lawyer for the complainant submits that following out of court settlement with the O.P. the complainant has already received his claim from the O.P. and after receiving the payment he has lost his interest and is not communicating with his Ld. Lawyer for long. It appears from the case record that complainant was asked to file the receipt showing payment but he did not turned up. At this stage after hearing Ld.
