03.11.2021:               The case record is put up today on the strength of put up petition filed by the complainant as it is fixed on dtd.08.11.2021 for filing of written version by O.Ps. Advocate for both the parties are present and files a joint compromise petition on the ground that the Opposite party has agreed to pay a sum of Rs,4,91,000/-  to the complainant as full and final settlement s within two months from the date of receipt of the compromise  order from this Commission. It is stated that both the parties have amicably settled/ compromised the matter outside the Commission and do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

               The petition is considered and allowed. The case is  dropped and disposed of with no liberty to file afresh
