Arvinder Vs. HDFC

 

Present:         Sh. SS Saini, Adv. for the petitioner.

                      Respondent represent by Sh. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Adv.

 

                File put up before the Lok Adalat, on today. Respondent made the payment of Rs.1,13,500/- by depositing account payee cheque No.033595 dated 27.10.2023, in favour of the petitioner i.e. Sh. Arvinder Singh. Photocopy of the said cheque is retained on the record and original cheque is handed over to the petitioner, who is present, before the Commission.

                   Petitioner also filed detailed calculation sheet, according to which, Rs.2,270/- are still payable to him. However, when the matter was taken up, before the Lok Adalat, this Commission waived off, his remaining claim amount and in view of his statement, record of the present execution petition is hereby ordered to be consigned, to the records, treating it as fully satisfied.
