Present:       Sh. Ravinder Singh, Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the opposite party.

                   Ld. counsel for the opposite party made a statementthat the compromise has been effective between the parties for Rs.45000/- and the same will be paid to the complainant within 60 daysfrom the date of order.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant also made a statement that he has heard and agreed with the aforesaid statement of the counsel of opposite party. He has no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed of accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both the parties, opposite party is directed to pay the alleged amount of Rs.45000/-(Rupees forty five thousand only) to the complainant within 60 days from today, failing which opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum on the alleged amount from today i.e. 24.11.2023 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Complaint is disposed of accordingly being fully settled between the parties. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

          File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
