ORDER

It is stated by Counsel for the opposite parties that the matter has been settled. As per agreed terms and conditions, salvage of the vehicle, in question, will be retained by the complainant and the opposite parties (Insurance Company) will pay an amount of Rs.17,63,000/- to the complainant as full and final payment to settle all claims raised by her in her complaint. It is stated that the amount shall be paid within 30 days from today.

                   The statement made is accepted by the Counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of above, this complaint stands disposed of.

                   However, we make it very clear that the order passed will be treated as an executable decree and if not satisfied by the opposite parties, as per statement made, liberty shall remain with the complainant to file an execution application and in that event, the Court may think of imposing heavy penalty and interest.
