ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission. 

     E-mail dated 30.12.2020 received from the applicant/complainant. Heard. We do not find any special reason to prepone the case as neither the complainant is senior citizen nor any other special matter which warrants urgent hearing during this COVID-19 pandemic and even on the previous date fixed, complainant was absent. Hence, application for early hearing is rejected. However, if settlement is arrived & submitted, the matter could be preponed on application. It be tagged with the main consumer complaint file bearing No.CC/432/2020.
