ORDER

1.                At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Rakesh Kumar, Legal Officer of OP No.2 has stated that the matter has been settled with complainant and as per settlement, the complainant has paid lump sum amount Rs.6000/- today in the bank account of OP No.2 towards the clearance of the pending loan in question and the OP No.2 will issue No Due Certificate to the complainant within 10 days from today. Vide her separate statement, Ms.Pooja Rani, Counsel for Complainant has admitted the statement of legal officer of OP No.2 and she withdraws the present complaint against OP No.2 and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. In view of the statement of the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint against OP No.2 is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. However, OP No.2 is directed to issue No Due Certificate to the complainant within 10 days from today.

2.                Vide her statement, counsel for complainant has also stated that the complainant wants to file fresh complaint against OP No.1 & ors. before the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, in order to challenge the terms and conditions imposed in the policy and for declaring the same as null & void under the provisions of new Act and prayed that the complaint against OP No.1 may also be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint against OP No.1 & ors. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint against OP No.1 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the complainant to file fresh before competent commission as prayed for.

3.                Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
