                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the Opposite party no.1 and 2.   

                   File put up today before National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the opposite parties suffered a statement that the matter has been settled with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.76,300/- (Seventy Six thousand and three hundred only) and opposite parties will make the aforesaid payment to the complainant within 60 days from the date of order failing which opposite parties will be liable to make settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% PA from the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has heard the statement made by counsel for the opposite parties and has no grievances against respondents. He further stated that matter be decided in the light of statement made by the counsel for the OPs.

                   In view of the statement made by both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled in National Lok Adalat with direction to the opposite parties to pay the alleged amount of Rs.76,300/- (Seventy Six thousand and three hundred only) to the complainant within 60 days, failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 14.09.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
