                                                           ORDER

          The Complainant and the Respondent have filed a joint application for settlement and disposed of the Case. We have quite satisfied to the application , Therfore , we have disposed this Complaint in the following terms and conditions as :- 

1 .  The Respondent has to pay a sum of Rs. 1,00,000 /- (one lakh) only to the   Complainant  . 

2 .     The  Respondent has to pay the said amount within 30 days from the date of order. Failing with the Respondent should pay interest of 9% per annum .

3 .    The Complainant shall be at liberty to file Complaint u/s , 71(1) of the Consumer Protection act , 2019 if the respondent has failed to pay said amount within 30 days from the date of order .
