For the Appellants : Mr. Shantanu Singh, Advocate Counsel for respondent no.1 has filed his vakalatnama. The same is taken on record. 2. Arguments heard. 3. Learned counsel for respondents’ no.2 and 3/complainants submits that they have no objection if the impugned order passed by the State Commission is set aside and appellants are given opportunity to file the written statement subject to payment of heavy costs. 4. In view of above statement given by the learned counsel for respondents’ no.2 and 3, the impugned order dated 03.02.2014 passed by the State Commission is set aside subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) as cost, which shall be paid directly to the respondents’ no.2 and 3 by the appellants within four weeks. 5. In the meanwhile, appellants are directed to file the written statement within six weeks before the State Commission. 6. With these observations, present appeal is disposed of. 7. Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 20.11.2014. 8. Dasti to all the parties. |
