Learned counsel for both the parties are present. It is submitted by both the parties that they have already settled the matter and do not want to proceed with the case. Accordingly the complainant has filed the memo to withdraw the case. Both the parties insist for withdrawal of the complaint by this single bench  because unless the case is withdrawn the compromise can not be acted upon.

  In view of above submission and fact that the implementation of the compromise depend upon closure of the case.

   The complainant is allowed to withdraw the complaint.

    Accordingly, the complaint is withdrawn.
