None is present for the appellant. Perusal of the record & proceedings of the appeal shows that this Commission issued notice dtd.07.10.2015 to the appellant by Registered Post Acknowledgement Due on 13.10.2015 on her same address given in the appeal memo. This Commission has not received acknowledgement about service of that notice. However, Shirastedar of this Commission obtained track report from India Post with the help of Internet and placed the same before us. It shows that the notice has been delivered by the postal department to the appellant on 15.10.2011.  Therefore, we hold that the notice has been duly served to the appellant. The appellant failed to appear on last date and today also despite of service of notice.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed in default.

No order as to costs.

Copy of the order be supplied to both parties free of cost.
