                   Sh. Nitesh Singhi, Advocate, alongwith Sh. Manoj Kumar Prajapati, Authorised Representative of OP.

 

                   Today the case is fixed for filing written statement by the OP. Written statement not filed by the OP. At this stage, the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, by making a separate statement, has stated that he has received a Cheque bearing No. 051689 dated 24.01.2024, amounting to Rs. 52,806/- drawn at HDFC Bank, from the OP, and that now, nothing remains due against the OP; hence, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of Complainant, being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
