                   Sh.Vyom Bansal, Advocate for respondents.

 

                   Sh.Vyom Bansal, Adv. for respondents has suffered a statement on behalf of insurance company that the company has not received the documents from the complainant in accordance with its letter dated 01.12.14 placed on file till date. The cost of Rs.2000/- imposed vide order dated 27.08.14 has been paid to the complainant. Further an amount of Rs.8800/- has been wrongly been paid by the insurance company to the complainant and the company reserves its right to claim the amount and the claim of the complainant is still not decided by the insurance company as the documents are pending on behalf of the complainant. The insurance company is ready to decide the claim on receipt of the documents from the complainant.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for respondents, the present execution application stands dispose of with a direction to the applicant to submit the requisite documents with the respondents within a period of 20 days from today and thereafter the insurance company is directed to decide the claim of the applicant within next 30 days, on receipt of the documents from the applicant. File be consigned to record room.
