On last date of hearing complainant was not present as per record Insurance Policy with terms and conditions as well as Affidavit of Investigator is not on record. Vide order dated 22/03/2023 Counsel for Complainant was directed to file the same but inspite three consequtive excluding today Complainant has not filed Insurance Policy with terms and conditions as well as Affidavit of Investigator.  Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution & non-compliance. File be consigned to record room.
