                   Sh.Vyom Bansal, Advocate for respondent no.1.

                   Respondent no.2 exparte.

 

                   Sh.Gurcharan Singh, Adv. for applicant/decree holder has suffered a statement that he has received cheque no.745575 dated 30.3.15 amounting to Rs.41,380/- of HDFC Bank, in favour of Hakam Singh decree holder from HDFC Ergo Gen.Ins.Co. The decree stands satisfied, subject to the encashment of the cheque. As such, he withdraws the present execution application and the same may kindly be dismissed as satisfied.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for applicant, the present execution application stands dismissed as satisfied. File be consigned to record room.
