Learned counsel for opposite party Sh. Rishu Singla, Advocate has suffered a statement that the Opposite party (company) is ready to pay Rs. 39,716/- as full and final settlement of the claim of complainant within period of 45 days from today and policy benefits will remain continue till the policy period. ( i.e. 19.3.2021)

Sh. Deepinder Kumar, Advocate counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement suffered by Sh. Rishu Singla, Advocate counsel for OP. In view of the statement suffered by counsel for OP, he withdraws the present complaint.           

In view of the statements suffered by both the counsel for the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the OP that OP will pay Rs. 39,716/- to complainant as full and final payment of his claim within 45 days from today, failing which the amount will carry interest @ 9% p.a till its realization. It is further directed that  the policy benefits will remain continue to the complainant till the policy period (i.e. till 19.3.2021). The parties will be bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record.
