                   This case is fixed for today before National Lok Adalat on the request of learned counsel for parties for compromise. Statements of learned counsel for op no.1 and learned counsel for complainants recorded separately. Learned counsel for op no.1 has suffered a statement that op no.1 is ready to make the payment of PA cover to the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- and further outstanding loan amount up to 18.02.2018 maximum to the extent of Rs.5,00,000/- on account of Car Credit Shield loan account to the complainants as full and final settlement of their claim as per settlement within two months from today and the present complaint may be disposed of accordingly as per statement before National Lok Adalat.

                   Learned counsel for complainants has also suffered a statement that he have heard the statement given by learned counsel for op no.1 and same is acceptable to the complainants. He has further stated that on the day of death of Brij Lal insured, amount of more than Rs.9,00,000/- was due as loan amount (principal amount) towards car loan and complainants have paid the total loan amount to the bank and nothing is due towards loan account and present complaint may be disposed of accordingly as per settlement in the National Lok Adalat and he produces statement of loan account which is marked A.

                   In view of the above statements of learned counsel for the parties, this complaint stands disposed of accordingly being compromised and op no.1 shall pay the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the complainants within two months from today. In case op no.1 fails to make payment of the said amount within stipulated period, complainants shall be entitled to recover this amount of Rs.10,00,000/- alongwith interest @6% per annum from the op no.1 from the date of this order till actual payment. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
