ORDER

Present        :         Sh. Trilok Chand counsel for complainant. 

 

Heard in part.  Complainant resides within the territorial jurisdiction of North-East, the accident has taken place in Kirti Nagar and the policy issuing branch is of Nehru Place.  No cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Commission and as such complaint is liable to be returned to the complainant. 

Accordingly, the complaint is ordered to be returned along with all the documents filed with permission to file before the court of appropriate jurisdiction as per law. 

Photocopy of all the documents be retained and the same be consigned to Record Room.
