ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

 

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to pay a  sum of Rs.10 lakhs for mental agony, hardship and mental agony and also to pay a sum of Rs.10 lakhs towards gross negligence, dereliction of duty and deficiency of service and unfair trade practice.

        Proof affidavit of complainant not filed.

        Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for a long time, inspite of sufficient time given.   Complainant is called absent, no other representation.   It clearly shows the disinterest of the complainant in the proceedings of the complaint.   Therefore there is no justification to proceed further, proof affidavit of complainant is closed.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
