No one appears for the petitioner.  The petitioner has sent a communication stating that he being a senior citizen is suffering from number of ailments and therefore, unable to travel to Delhi to prosecute this matter.  He has prayed that the revision petition be decided on the grounds set up by him in the memorandum of revision petition in order to assail the impugned order passed by the fora below.  Acceding the request of the petitioner, we have done do and we are of the opinion that the order passed by the State Commission is eminently justified in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case.

          We do not find any illegality or impropriety or any jurisdictional error in the impugned order requiring interference by this Commission in exercise of revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

          The revision petition is dismissed.
