1.                 Today complainant has made a statement, recorded separately, that the matter has been compromised with the OP in Rs.8800/- (Rs.Eight thousand eight hundred) and the amount has already received by him in bank account. As such, he withdraws the present complaint.

2.                 In view of the above statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copies of this order be sent to parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to the records, in due course.
