ORDER The complaint is allowed in part. The O.Ps. are directed to pay to the complainant  chit amount  Rs.48,323-00 and also directed to pay interest at 9% p.a. from the date of petition till payment. The O.P.s are also directed to pay compensation of Rs.2,000/- towards mental agony & Rs.500-00 towards cost of the proceedings.
