Present :-  Complainant in person.

                     Clerk of the Counsel for OP.

Both parties filed joint application stating that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. They also filed MOU in this regard. AS per the MOU, Complainant has already paid Rs. 40,000/- against the pending loan amount as full and final settlement in cash to the OP before the Bench and the same is acknowledge by AR Bank also. OP has already provided NOC. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.

 File be consigned to the record room.
