Today, the case is fixed for reporting of compromise. Accordingly, ld.counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that the compromise has been effected between the parties and  opposite party had issued the letter No.S 2537137 dated 13.09.2019 to the complainant, in which they agreed to settle the amount of Rs.1,52,000/- as full and final payment and  as the complainant had paid the amount  with instalments. Further, there is no dues against the complainant, as such, withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the complainant.  

In view of the aforesaid statement, of the ld.counsel for the complainant, the case is dismissed as  withdrawn being compromised. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
