ORDER

 

Complainant was granted last and final opportunity to address arguments, however, complainant has not been appearing since October 2019. Perusal of complaint shows that:-

 

1. The Services were availed by the complainant from OP for commercial purpose.
2. The allegations pertains to fraud, forgery, face Card-IDs and the grievance pertains to the period September 2007 for which limitation expired in September 2007 however the complaint has been filed in November 2008 which is time barred under section 24 (a) of Old Act.

 

For all the above reasons the complaint is dismissed in default for non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
