                                              Seema  Vs. HDFC etc.

 

Present:     None.

                               

                 Case called several times since morning, but none has come present today on behalf of decree-holder. It is already 3.45 P.M. No intimation is received regarding the non-appearance of decree-holder and his counsel. Further wait is not justified. It seems that the decree-holder is not interested to pursue the present execution petition stands dismissed in default. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
