Present:       Shri Sandeep Chopra, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint due to technical defect and permission may be granted for filing fresh complaint before the appropriate authority. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the permission to file fresh complaint. Original documents be returned as per rule. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
