None present for the appellant.

This appeal has been received by post on 05.12.2016.  Thereafter none appeared for the appellant on 16.01.2017.  SPC vide dispatch no. 360 dated 17.01.2017 was issued to appellant to remain present on the next date i.e. 14.03.2017 but none was present on that date.  Again SPC was issued to appellant vide dispatch no. 1309 dated 20.03.2017 to remain present on the next date but none is present.

Continuous absence of appellant clearly indicates that he is not interested in pursuing this appeal.  The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
