Still today there is no document by which the OP freezed the account of the complainant.

Arguments were heard at length. Case of the Complainant in nutshell is that the OP has without any reason freezed the account of the Complainant which amounts to deficiency in service and on enquiry he came to know that there was some disputed transactions of Rs.10,000/- credited to the aforesaid bank account of complainant out of which Rs.5,000/- was disputed amount and there were certain instructions of investigation authority to mark a lien on the account but instead of marking the lien for Rs.10,000/- the OP has freezed the account of the complainant in totality.  Despite arguments at length it has not been brought on record any document by which the account has been freezed by the OP.  Therefore, complaint appears to be pre-mature and the same is rejected and cannot be admitted at this stage.
