Present :-  Adv. Sumit Singh for Complainant.

                     Adv. Himanshi Sisodia for OP along with Hasmita, AR for OP.

 

Both parties states that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 10,000/- as full and final settlement paid by the complainant to the OP against the credit card dues. OP undertakes to issue settlement letter within 15 days from the date of receipt of order. Thereafter, complainant is at liberty to make payment on or before 31.03.2024. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.

 File be consigned to the record room.
