Both parties state that matter has been amicably settled wherein JD has already handed over Demand Draft for an amounting to Rs. 18,973/- as full and final settlement. Therefore, matter may be disposed off as settled.  

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of  this order be given Dasti.
