Heard the Complainant in person. Perused the documents on record. It is submitted by the Complainant that employee of HDFC Bank had given him Credit Card at his office at Matunga, Mumbai – 19. According to the Complainant, he is not aware, in which branch of the HDFC has maintained his Credit Card Account. He had sent notice to the Chairman of HDFC Bank, but the representative of the Chairman has informed him to credit the amount in question mentioned in credit card account. Further, according to the Complainant, HDFC BRANCH Opposite to Nair Hospital is managing the affairs of the credit cards. It appears that the cause of action has not arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum, hence, this complaint is returned to the Complainant for presentation before the appropriate Consumer Forum having proper jurisdiction.
