Final Order / Judgement

 

          Sh. Anil Sharma Advocate appeared on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and has filed power of attorney on their behalf. Today Sh. Raj Kumar Collection Manager HDFC Bank branch Mall Road Amritsar appeared and made the following statement:-

Stated that inadvertently one loan installment of Rs. 6,652/- and Rs. 295/- bouncing charges totaling Rs. 6,947/- were deducted in the month of July 2022 from the saving account bearing No. 11364611856 of State Bank of India and same shall be reimbursed in said account on or before 31.10.2022.

Sh. Raj Kumar Colletion Manager has made the above statement and has given undertaking that amount of Rs. 6,947/- will be reimbursed to the applicant which has been inadvertently deducted from the account of complainant. In view of above, there is no necessity to proceed further with the present application and same is disposed of accordingly. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
