Record Perused.

As per averments made in the complaint, the complainant does not seems to have a consumer as there appears some fraud committed with the complainant and the complainant is concealing about the year of fraud committed by the concerned bank. As per complainant, his mother had expired in the year 2010 and the amount of FDR was given in the year 2011 to his father. The complaint also appears time barred. There appears no deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party. Hence, the complaint, in hand, is dismissed being not maintainable for want of consumer and beyond limitation period. The file after registration and needful be consigned to the Record Room. A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost.
